sittichok OuamsiriandClaude Sonnet 4.6 88bb17f478 fix: pin workflow template to fixed SHA to bust runner cache 
Using @main caused the runner to serve a stale cached clone of the
template repo. Pinning to the exact SHA forces a new cache key.
